End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement (EULA) is a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "you") and [EyeCatch Networks] ("Company" or "we") governing the use of our digital signage integration services with point-of-sale (POS) systems ("Services"). By using our Services, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

Please read this Agreement carefully before using our Services. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not use the Services.

Definitions

1.1. "User" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using our Services. 1.2. "Services" refers to the digital signage integration services with point-of-sale systems offered by [ EyeCatch Networks ]. 1.3. "POS" refers to point-of-sale systems used by businesses for processing transactions and managing inventory. 1.4. "Personal Information" refers to any information that can be used to identify an individual, including but not limited to name, address, email, phone number, and payment information

EULA (End-User License Agreement)

2.1. License Grant: Subject to compliance with this Agreement, the Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your business purposes.

2.2. Restrictions: You may not: (a) modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Services; (b) create derivative works based on the Services; (c) use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; (d) share your access credentials; (e) infringe upon our intellectual property rights; (f) transmit viruses or other malicious code through the Services.

2.3. Support and Updates: The Company may provide support and updates for the Services as deemed necessary, but is not obligated to do so.

2.4. Termination: The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time for violation of this Agreement.

2.5. Disclaimer of Warranties: The Services are provided "as-is" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.

2.6. Limitation of Liability: The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services.
