To be eligible to participate in the Program, you must be a vendor or partner who provides products or services to convenience stores. We specifically aim to partner with Convenience Store vendors in the following categories:

- Restaurant Tech Companies (e.g., Square, Toast)
- Delivery Platforms (e.g., Uber Eats, Rappi)
- Cleaning Product Suppliers (e.g., Ecolab, Diversey)
3. Referral Program Details
As a vendor or partner, we encourage you to recommend EyeCatch Networks to your clients and assist them in achieving the following objectives:
- Boosting sales
- Revamping their store's appearance
- Simplifying the item promotion process
In return, for every new client referred to EyeCatch Networks by you, you are eligible for a $350 bonus. The referred client must enter into a contractual agreement with EyeCatch Networks to qualify for the bonus.
4. Bonus Payouts
- Bonus payouts will be made within 30 days of the referred client's contractual agreement with EyeCatch Networks.
- Bonus amounts may be subject to taxes in accordance with applicable tax laws and regulations.
- EyeCatch Networks reserves the right to modify or terminate the bonus program at any time.

EyeCatch Networks reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program if you fail to comply with these Terms or engage in any unethical or illegal activities. Termination may result in the forfeiture of any pending bonus payments.
