Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to EyeCatch Networks, a leading Digital Signage company dedicated to enhancing the retail experience for convenience stores. These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your participation in our referral program as a vendor or partner (the "Program"). By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully.

2. Eligibility

To qualify for participation in the Program, you must be an existing client of EyeCatch Networks, and your account must be in good standing with all payments up to date.

In appreciation, for each new client referred to EyeCatch Networks by you, you become eligible for a two months' bonus of complimentary service for one store.

This means that for every new client you refer, you will receive two months of free service for one store for each new client referred to EyeCatch Networks.

4. Bonus Payouts

Bonus payouts will be made within 30 days of the referred client's contractual agreement with EyeCatch Networks.

Bonus amounts may be subject to taxes in accordance with applicable tax laws and regulations.

EyeCatch Networks reserves the right to modify or terminate the bonus program at any time.

5. Compliance and Ethical Standards

By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards related to your business operations. EyeCatch Networks expects all vendors and partners to uphold the highest level of integrity and professionalism when referring clients.

6. Confidentiality

All information shared within the scope of this Program, including client details, will be treated as confidential. You agree not to disclose any confidential information to third parties.

7. Termination

EyeCatch Networks reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program if you fail to comply with these Terms or engage in any unethical or illegal activities. Termination may result in the forfeiture of any pending bonus payments.

8. Modification of Terms

EyeCatch Networks may modify these Terms at any time, and any changes will be effective upon posting the revised Terms on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly to stay informed of any updates.
